The Balanced Life Program is a proven system of health recovery developed from my 25 years of experience in Health Care and research into longevity. The Balanced Life Program approaches you as a whole person with a beautifully complex range of interacting body systems. These systems thrive on incorporating a balanced approach to life through movement, nutrition, sleep and mindset.
