Bad sleep and stress go hand in hand, and one can fuel the other. If you are struggling to sleep because of your “busy brain”, here’s a few top tips to help get you started.

I believe in life-long learning. I have been an adult educator for most of my adult life, and I LOVE sharing health knowledge. I am also a learner myself, always interested in bettering myself.

Even when I’m on holidays, the pillars of health that I live by are just as important. I prefer to have a holiday that looks after my health instead of putting healthy choices aside.

“Cardio” is often used for weight loss or weight management. But this completely ignores all of the other benefits of exercise, and often robs it of pleasure. Exercise can be fun AND fruitful!
